A classic, Greek, almost sweet, green olive picked carefully, pitted and hand stuffed with a tangy but not hot, red, pimento pepper. They are delicious and nutritious to eat straight from the bowl as a snack, perfect for salads, yummy with Italian-Style chicken casserole and of course perfect in a Martini.
